Welcome to The Great Northern Border Battle!

Get ready for a weekend of fast-paced, competitive hockey at the 2nd Annual Great Northern Border Battle! Havre Youth Hockey Association is excited to welcome 14U teams back to the Havre Ice Dome for another great tournament weekend.

The Great Northern Border Battle is all about bringing teams together for competitive hockey, great matchups, and a tournament experience that players and families can enjoy from start to finish. At the 14U level, you can expect plenty of speed, intensity, and exciting hockey on the ice.

But the fun doesn't stop when the buzzer sounds! Throughout the weekend, our HYHA families and volunteers work hard to create a great tournament atmosphere with concessions, raffles, games, and other activities for players and families to enjoy between games.

One of our favorite parts of hosting tournaments is getting to share our community with visiting teams. Havre has a wonderful hockey community and plenty of great local restaurants and gathering spots for teams looking to grab a meal, relax, or spend some time together between games.

Whether you're making the trip from across Montana, across the border, or somewhere in between, we're excited to welcome your team to Havre.
