Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Adult Hockey Program

Registration fees may be refunded prior to a player participating in any on-ice activities, subject to applicable processing fees. Once a player has participated in an on-ice session (practice, game, clinic, or team event), all refund requests must be submitted and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the HYHA Board of Directors. Approval of refunds after on-ice participation is at the sole discretion of the Board.

Youth Hockey Program
